Dragan Saric
Mr. Saric has over two decades of experience constructing everything from residences to multifamily, commercial, and industrial properties in both Idaho and North Dakota. He brings experience and knowledge to the construction process.
Matt Brookshier
Mr. Brookshier has nearly 20 years of experience in real estate development and construction. He has worked with developers and investors on massive, million-dollar projects as well as projects as small as lease-ups and tenant improvements. He brings to Solano the ability to help projects “get done.” With a thorough understanding of both entitlements and project financing, Mr. Brookshier helps Solano’s clients to evaluate project feasibility and design the best overall project both financially and in terms of ability to gain government approvals.
